I tried all the free backgammon games and was disgusted each time at how the dice rolls obviously favored the computet, so I decided to pay for one in hopes I would find one more fair. I researched many and the reviews for this one gave me hope that someone had finally written a game that was pretty fair in its dice rolls. I bought it, and two weeks later I did the suggested update. Big mistake. I had been pleasantly surprised at how fair it actually was to that point. Now its just like all the crappy free versions. The computer gets an inordinate number of high number doubles and rarely gets stuck waiting to reenter the game after getting picked off. Conversely, I have rolled and rolled and ROLLED high number doubles waiting to reenter when the computer only had pips on the fifth and sixth spots. I am more disappointed than I can say at this "update" that clearly skews the game in favor of the computer. Before the update I was very happy with this game, even though it ran a bit slowly. Now Im sorry I purchased it.
